生成式人工智能浪潮下国际中文教师数字胜任力框架构建研究

摘要:ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能系统正推动全球语言教学变革,引发学界广泛讨论。国际中文教育作为世界语言教学的重要组成部分,与生成式人工智能系统的融合不仅是必然趋势也是提升其数字教育竞争力的重要契机。以Anusca Ferrari总结的数字胜任力KAS要素及能力框架模型为理论依据,提出四条国际中文教师数字胜任力构成原则,并从数字专业胜任力、数字育人胜任力、数字创新胜任力三个能力域上设定详细的次维度指标,最终构建具有学科特色的国际中文教师数字胜任力框架。该框架不仅为国际中文教师提供了明确的数字教育成长路径,也为在人工智能背景下的世界语言教师能力发展提供有效参考。

Title: The Construction of a Digital Competency Framework for International Chinese Lan­guage Teachers in the Era of Generative Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: Generative artificial intelligence systems represented by ChatGPT are driving trans­formative changes in global language teaching and have sparked extensive discussions in aca­demia. As an important component of world language education, the integration of Interna­tional Chinese Language Education with generative AI is not only an inevitable trend but also a critical opportunity to enhance its competitiveness. This study takes Anusca Ferrari’s KAS elements and competency framework model of digital competence as its theoretical basis. It proposes four constitutive principles for the digital competence of Chinese language teachers and establishes sub-dimensional indicators across three competency domains: digital profes­sional competence, digital educational competence, and digital innovation competence. Ulti­mately, it constructs a discipline-specific digital competence framework for international Chi­nese language teachers. This framework not only provides a clear developmental pathway for the growth of international Chinese language teachers but also serves as an effective reference for the professional development of world language teachers in the context of artificial intelli­gence.
