摘要：《中东欧国家转型进程中的“国家语言”建构研究》的以中东欧地区为研究对象，通过历时与共时相结合的多维分析，揭示了该地区转型国家语言建构的内在机制。该书既丰富了语言政策研究的理论内涵，又为全球语言治理提供了区域经验。该书展现了当代中国学者在区域国别研究和语言政策学交叉领域的前沿探索，对理解现代民族国家认同建构具有重要启示意义。

Title: Analysis of Language Construction Mechanisms in Central and Eastern European Coun­tries: A Review of National Language Construction in Transitioning CEE Countries

Abstract:  National Language Construction in Transitioning CEE Countries focusing on Cen­tral and Eastern Europe, the book adopts a multidimensional approach that combines diachron­ic and synchronic perspectives to uncover the underlying mechanisms of language construction in countries undergoing political and social transition. It not only deepens the theoretical un­derstanding of language policy but also offers valuable regional insights for global language governance. The work exemplifies the innovative research of contemporary Chinese scholars at the intersection of area studies and language policy, and it provides important perspectives on the formation of modern nation-state identities.
