语言服务赋能文旅产业高质量发展的五元多维模式探究

摘要：高质量发展是中国式现代化的核心要义，涵盖全民族全行业的提质增效进程。新疆依托“一带一路”倡议纵深推进与自贸试验区建设机遇，文旅产业实现跨越式发展，其语言需求呈现“多语种、高精度、场景化”的进阶特征，精准回应需求、构建适配服务体系成为产业升级的关键命题。本文以喀什古城5A级景区为例，通过对景区从业人员的语言面貌和语言服务现状进行调查，考察语言能力现状和语言供给短板。通过梳理语言服务与文旅体验提升、产业跨越发展的内在关联，提出政府、社区、商铺经营者、居住家庭和高校层面五元多维融合的模式，破解文旅服务中的沟通壁垒，助力文旅产业从“资源驱动”向“服务驱动”转型。同时，基于以上研究探索高质量发展格局下对语言服务赋能经济发展的认识，以此为新疆自贸试验区建设、文旅产业集群升级及构建高质量发展格局提供理论参考与实践路径。

Title:Exploration on the Five-dimensional Mode of High-quality Development of Cultural Tourism Industry Supported by Language Services
Abstract: As one of the essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization, high-quality development emphasizes the high-quality development of the whole nation and the whole industry. As a typical ethnic region, with the comprehensive advancement of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the economic and social development of the new era, the language demand presents the characteristics of "diversification and high quality", and it is urgent to respond to the language demand and propose a language service path. Taking the ancient city of Kashgar, a 5A-level tourist attraction in Kashgar, Xinjiang, as an example, this paper investigates the language outlook and the current situation of language services of various employees, examines the status of language use and the demand for language services, and explores the path of high-quality economic development of language services, aiming to promote the high-quality development of tourism and provide reference for the economic development and construction of high-quality development patterns in ethnic areas.
