民族地区国家通用语言社区模型构建与“推普”策略

摘要:党的二十大报告强调要加大国家通用语言文字推广力度,把民族地区、农村地区作为国家通用语言文字推广普及的重点。民族地区语言生态环境复杂多样,如何根据不同地区语言生活特点,实施“一地一策”国家通用语普及攻坚工作,探索根据不同群体多样化、差异化需求,有针对性地设计相应推普策略,以提升推普工作质效,是当前亟需解决的一个问题。新时期推广国家通用语工作,有必要从具体的社区语言生态环境出发,根据社区语言生活特点,建构国家通用语社区模型,并针对社区模型中的不同圈层学习者的特点,实施差异化的国家通用语推广策略。让学习者从具体语言生活实践情境中,通过研究和解决言语社区所面临的语言生活问题,来建构二语知识体系。从而有效实施分地域、分群体、分层级的民族地区国家通用语推广工作,提升推普工作质效。

Title: Construction of National Common Language Community Models and Promotion Strat­egies for Mandarin in Ethnic Regions

Abstract: The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on lan­guage communities in ethnic regions emphasizes the need to increase the promotion of the na­tional common language and script, and to make ethnic and rural areas the focus of promoting and popularizing the national common language and script. The language ecological environ­ment in ethnic regions is complex and diverse. How to implement the “one place, one policy” national common language popularization campaign based on the characteristics of language life in different regions, explore targeted design of popularization strategies according to the diverse and differentiated needs of different groups, and improve the quality and efficiency of popularization work is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. It is necessary to promote the national lingua franca in the new era by starting from the specific community language ecological environment, constructing a national lingua franca community model based on the characteristics of community language life, and implementing differentiated strategies for promoting the national lingua franca according to the characteristics of learners in different circles in the community model. Enable learners to construct a second language knowledge system by studying and solving language life


problems faced by the language community from specific language life practice contexts. Thus, effectively implementing the promotion of the national common language in ethnic regions by region, group, and hierarchical levels, and im­proving the quality and efficiency of the promotion work.
