语言密集型岗位的内涵与语言人才培养

摘要：在全球语言服务市场蓬勃发展及高技能人才需求激增的背景下，语言密集型岗位的重要性日益凸显。本文界定语言密集型岗位的概念，综述国内外语言职业能力研究的最新进展。基于国内外标准职业分类和行业实际，将语言密集型岗位分为12大类和四个等级，为语言人才的需求分析和能力评价提供依据。本研究指出战略规划级与研究创新级语言岗位，以及“语言+行业+技术”复合能力将成为需求重点。本研究对推动面向语言密集型岗位人才培养相关研究和职业发展提供参考。

Title: The Connotation of Language-Intensive Positions and the Cultivation of Language Pro­fessionals

Abstract: In the context of the booming global language services market and the surge in de­mand for highly skilled talent, the importance of language-intensive positions is increasingly evident. This paper defines the concept of language-intensive positions and reviews the latest developments in research on language professional competencies both domestically and inter­nationally. Based on international and domestic occupational classification standards and in­dustry practices, language-intensive positions are categorized into 12 major types and four lev­els, providing a foundation for the analysis of talent demand and competency evaluation. The study highlights that strategic planning and research innovation-level language positions, as well as the “language + industry + technology” composite skills, will become key areas of de­mand. This research offers references for promoting studies on talent cultivation for language-intensive positions and related career development.
