摘要：本文评述的新时代语言服务研究成果是由江苏扬州大学李现乐副教授撰写，由中国社会科学出版社2022年出版的近30万字学术专著。该书运用语言规划学、语言经济学、语言资源学、语言生态学和语言服务的创新理论，构建了语言服务提供者、语言服务接受者、语言服务内容和语言服务方式的宏观体系，并建构了定量和文本的实证分析范式。该书的创新性体现在深化了行业语言服务研究，促进了语言服务研究的时代性，提升了应用语言研究的经济价值，增加了文化传承传播的有效路径，增强了社会和谐和均衡发展。该专著多领域、多视角、深层次地介绍了新时代的语言服务与社会经济发展，并提出了相应的战略和规划建议。

Title: Late Development in Language Service: Review of Value and Policy of Language Services
Abstract: This book review introduces the recent 300,000-word research on professional language services in the new era written by Associate Professor Li Xianle from Yangzhou University, Jiangsu Province of China. The book originally construct a macro-level system encompassing language service providers, language service recipients, language service content and language service methods by integrating theories of language planning, language economics, language resources, language ecology with that of language services. It also establishes empirical analysis paradigms combining quantitative and textual approaches. It deepens and advances the insight of professional language services, also intensifies the economic and cultural value of applied linguistic research.
