数字技术激发会展语言服务活力
——兼论大型国际会展语言服务效能评估体系的建设

摘要：在数字化与智能化深度融合的时代背景下，会展语言服务正成为推动语言服务业转型升级与培育新质生产力的重要领域。从语言产业与语言生态的双重视角来看，数字技术正全面赋能会展语言服务体系，推动语言服务业从“人工支撑”向“智能协同”转型，促进语言数据、智能翻译与虚拟会展平台的深度融合，显著提升了行业运行效率与国际竞争力。与此同时，数字化进程也重构了语言服务的生态结构，形成了政府、企业、科研机构与用户多主体协同发展的新型生态格局。为促进产业与生态的协调发展，构建会展数字化语言服务效能评估体系具有重要意义。完善的评估体系不仅有助于推动语言服务产业的高质量发展，也为新质生产力的形成提供了实践路径，对提升国家语言服务能力与国际传播力具有深远影响。该评估体系可从数字化战略、基础设施建设、应用能力、数字化效益与国际化水平五个维度出发，建立科学、系统的评价框架，以实现评估、治理与创新的良性互动。

Title: Digital Technology Energizes Convention and Exhibition Language Services: On the Construction of an Effectiveness Evaluation System for Language Services in Large-Scale Convention and Exhibition
Abstract: In the era of deep integration between digitalization and intelligent technologies, convention and exhibition language services have become a key area for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the language service industry and cultivating new quality productive forces. From the dual perspective of the language industry and language ecology, digital technologies comprehensively empower the convention and exhibition language service system, driving the transformation of the industry from “manual support” to “intelligent collaboration.” This process facilitates the deep integration of language data, intelligent translation, and virtual convention platforms, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and international competitiveness. At the same time, digitalization reshapes the structure of the language service ecology, forming a new pattern of multi-agent collaboration among government, enterprises, research institutions, and users. To promote the coordinated development of industry and ecology, it is necessary to establish an effectiveness evaluation system for digitalized convention and exhibition language services. A well-designed evaluation system not only supports the high-quality development of the language service industry but also provides a practical path for the formation of new quality productive forces, contributing to the enhancement of national language service capacity and international communication power. This evaluation system can be constructed from five dimensions—digital strategy, infrastructure development, application capacity, effectiveness, and internationalization—to form a scientific and systematic framework that fosters positive interaction among evaluation, governance, and innovation.
